Previous web sites
HERO
HERO - Higher Education and Research Opportunities - was the official portal to higher education institutions in the UK from 2000-2009. I designed the site and a content management system (CMS) for HERO staff to update it, and managed the development of the site.
Channel 4 Ideas Factory
Now known as 4 Talent, Channel 4's Ideas Factory was a movement to encourage creativity in young people and provide work experience for those interested in a media career. I designed the first incarnation of the Channel 4 Ideas Factory web site.
Air Miles Corporate Web Site
Air Miles, the scheme to reward consumers with free flights around the world, needed a web site to invite companies to join the scheme. It's still going strong in a different guise, but I designed the first Air Miles corporate web site for them.
Clicker Books
The Clicker Books web site was dedicated to selling children's books with accompanying on-screen, switch-accessible books - which I also made myself, using Adobe Flash. The web site had a parent-centred and child-friendly style.
Planet Wobble
The Planet Wobble web site was a place for young children to send messages to cartoon characters in their school's learn-to-read books. It was a very child-centred and child-friendly site.
Music Routes
Music Routes was a portal for those in the music industry, providing links to various music industry companies on the web. I ran this site for a while as a not-for-profit venture.
Love Records
Love Records was a small independent record label I ran when I lived in Brighton, with a handful of local bands, including myself playing various musical instruments.
